Holly lost 22 lbs on the eDiets Meal Delivery Plan!

Although 33-year-old Holly B. has been an avid exerciser for years, she still felt unhealthy and caught in the yo-yo dieting trap. Holly wanted to get healthier and adopt a style of eating she could easily maintain, even while attending veterinary school full-time.
