I need to get started with my weight loss journey but I get very anxious. I have have on and off my weight loss journey due to stress.
I understand. I do so well during the week. During the weekend I lose it. Not completely but all my family friends like to go to restaurants on the weekends. It is hard to say no.
I've got to tell you...I've been on several diets in my life as well. My biggest problem, as a single women, was desiring to cook for myself on a consistent basis. Also, when I would try other diet food programs none of them were satisfying. I know this may sound like a commercial for ediets, but I'm telling you the truth when I say the food is truly wonderful. I was so happy to receive my first week of meals this passed Wednesday! I looked the food over and began the life style change that day. It is so well seasoned! It really is great. Stay in the right state of mind as best you can. We are all doing this for ourselves. Think of the lifestyle you want to have? Think of how it feels to be able to walk or whatever and not be out of breath. Think of the looks you'll get. Think of the confidence you will obtain! Take care!!
